**Position Overview**: As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will spearhead sales initiatives and cultivate client relationships within the commercial sector. This role demands a self-motivated individual with a strong background in commercial sales, adept at navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with senior decision-makers. Your primary goal will be to expand our client's market share, focusing on sales opportunities for larger-scale projects.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel within territory.
- The intent to win and rise and make this role a fully commission based roles due to the high volume of sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **B2B Sales**: Take a proactive approach to identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities, driving revenue growth within the moving services market.
- **Solution-Oriented Selling**: Advocate for value-driven solutions that prioritize quality and service, emphasizing benefits beyond price points to meet client needs effectively.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the C-suite level, understanding their specific requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Lead the sales process from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract closure, ensuring smooth progression and favorable outcomes.
- **Networking and Relationship Building**: Utilize strong networking skills to establish and nurture connections that support relationship-based selling and long-term client partnerships.
- **Digital Engagement**: Leverage social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to enhance networking efforts, promote our client's services, and engage with potential clients proactively.
**Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven track record in commercial sales environments as Sales Consultant, Sales Rep or Account Manager.
- Hands on experience in B2B Sales, demonstrating success in selling comprehensive solutions and ability to reach corporate decision-makers.
- Ability to manage sales ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 + with a proactive approach to pursuing and closing larger opportunities.
- Proficiency in solution-oriented sales techniques, with a strong ability to drive complex sales cycles forward.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and navigating intricate organizational structures.
- Strong networking abilities, with a knack for building and sustaining strategic business relationships.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for professional networking and business development purposes.
- Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
