Also being a technical resource who can help the customer problem solve, our Inside Sales team helps with everything from "can you get me a..." to "how do I fix this..." But what we REALLY need is somebody with the right attitude. First and foremost, we need a professional; somebody who isn’t afraid to think outside the box, learn new things, and build relationships with the customer. This is not an over-the-counter sales desk. Secondly, we need somebody who legitimately wants to be a part of the team, not just because they need a job but because customer service is in their blood and being able to stand-up-to-a-challenge is practically a way of life

This role can support instrumentation, oil and gas, or municipal product lines. This is a high-capacity, fast-paced, diversified product range. So, what we really, REALLY need is somebody who is willing to be proactive and learn - helping wherever help and support is needed. Easy enough right?
- A desire to learn and exceptional customer service skills
- A solid understanding of office 365; Excel, Word, and Sharepoint considered an asset
- A degree of aptitude for technology - to learn our ERP and CRM systems
- Mechanical / technical aptitude is considered an asset.
