**What You’ll Do**:

As our **Inside Sales Lead**, you will have the opportunity to provide inside sales support for the Ontario and Quebec regions. You will develop and maintain positive customer relationships and keep current on company products, sales procedures and market conditions. You will also play a key role in the onboarding and development of the Sales team.
**Location**: Hybrid role, based out of Halton Hills, Ontario
**Reporting Relationship**: You will report directly to the Regional Inside Sales Manager, ON &QC.
At a high level you will:
- Provide inside sales support and other related administrative and / or coordination services
- Collaborate with regional Operations and Sales team members to foresee and avoid potential service issues (stock, deliveries, production scheduling, etc.) ensuring customer service expectations are met and exceeded.
- Maintain and keep current detailed records, reports and customer data.
- Build a detailed understanding of mix of business and sales opportunities; share recommendations with the Regional Inside Sales Manager, Ontario & Quebec.
- Mentor and guide other Sales team members to ensure consistent sales process (e.g., use of Sales Tools, Pricing Guidelines, Best Practices, etc.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Effectively represent Metrie’s interests when dealing with customers, the community, employees and suppliers.
- Ensure that all business conducted by Metrie’s employees adheres to the organizations core values of excellence, passion, respect, integrity, and collaboration.
**Who You Are**

- You are proficient with web-based computer services, specifically SAP
**It would be an added bonus if you have**:
- A post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience within the distribution or manufacturing industry
