Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and POS accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Support sales floor activities, including replenishing stock and executing visual merchandising plans.
  • Participate in store physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
