Calgary Home Physiotherapy is looking for a reliable Virtual Receptionist to join our team to help deliver mobile, expert care to Calgarians.

You will be working as a contractor. Compensation is a monthly rate of $400 with a target volume of 60 calls per month. This position is a great fit for someone looking to work casually from home. The estimated actual work time is 4 hours a week, but you must be reasonably able and ready to answer calls during daytime hours.

**Your duties will include**:

- answering phone calls
- booking and changing appointments
- communicating with staff about appointments and schedule changes
- calling clients who have made an online booking request
- other administrative duties as needed
