**Service & Scheduling Coordinator, Workplace Health & Wellness**

**Status**:Permanent full time
**Location**:North York, ON. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days/week on-site at the Lifemark corporate office.

The **Service & Scheduling Coordinator** will work closely with the Health & Wellness team in servicing the needs of our current customers, managing customer accounts as assigned, and providing administrative support. The focus will be on providing the coordination of Health and Wellness Programming including scheduling flu clinics, ordering of vaccine and biometric screening supplies/inventory management, managing contractor invoices, maintaining schedules, handling staffing issues, overseeing data entry, and report generation for local, regional, and national customers.

Responsibilities will also include the marketing of products and services to employers, insurers, physicians, and the general public which include Physiotherapy services, Massage Therapy, Occupational Health and Rehabilitative Services.

**Key Outcomes & Accountabilities**:

- Operationalizing services and programs as assigned
- Assisting with the establishment of new customer accounts on the local, regional and national level, as well as account management as assigned
- Creating and maintaining accuracy of online resources for local, regional and national clinics
- Quoting on projects and services, including researching pricing
- Providing details related to service delivery of program and services delivered
- Performing quality assurance on programs and projects, along with maintaining and managing the reporting requirements
- Marketing of key lines of business including Employer Services & Occupational Health Services
- Assisting in the ongoing development, integration, & maintenance of the Occupational Health Management System (OHMS) into clinic practices, as well as updating customer profiles on the intranet platform
- Coordination of Health and Wellness Programming
- Attending tradeshows and health fairs to market all business lines as requested. This involves coordination, set up, attendance, and follow up with potential and current customers
- Arranging "lunch and learn" meetings and educational seminars with existing and potential customers
- Facilitating the delivery of services to assigned customer accounts either as the program coordinator, or by assisting clinic staff
- Creating and/or performing quality assurance checks on customer account service reports as required
- Scheduling/coordination of RN’s, LPN’s and RPN’s for flu clinics, biometric assessments, & pre-employment assessments across Canada
- Preparation and distribution of employment offers for newly recruited nurses
- Organizing nurse on-boarding and training
- The maintenance of the National and Provincial nurse rosters
- Collaboration with the Recruitment team to grow the nurse network as required
- Responding to nurse & manager inquiries to maintain quality of service delivery

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer systems
- Team player, effective communicator and active listener
- Bias to action, successful negotiator, with a strong customer service orientation
- Adaptable and flexible
- Knowledge and or experience in the health care and rehabilitation industry
- Occasional travel may be required. Must have a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle as needed
