**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Schedule and coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, taking into consideration production requirements and minimizing downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement of replacement parts.
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance overall production performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Design and implement new processes, considering safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Pay rate: $30-$40, based upon experience,

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- 5 years of experience.
- Experience in automation and fabrication required.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- High Proficiency in electrical systems.
- High Proficiency in plumbing systems.
- Experience with programming PLCs.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics. Examples include single line drawings and electrical ladder diagrams, as well as mechanical drawings such as isometric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical cross-sectional drawings.
- Experience with Welding and Piping Assembly.
