We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our in our Montreal office

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for working with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers.

**Your day as a Client Service Representative**
- Collect and review underwriting information from clients.
- Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
- Translate and review documentation.
- Prepare invoicing instructions.
- Respond to clients on insurance request certificates.
- Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
- Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.
- **University degree (preferably in business or finance)**

**- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage.**
**- Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.**
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Customer service oriented.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- commercial insurance brokerage: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- French and English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF (required)
