Payroll Clerk/office Administration

Full Time 7:00am to 3:00pm, 8:00am -4:00 Monday - Friday. ( daily work hours are slightly flexible )
Tasks include:
- Administrative Tasks, answering phones, arranging and assembling employee packages,billing, filing,handling monthly expenses, preparing reports
- filing quarterly HST taxes on CRA website
- run payroll biweekly
- knowledge of WSIB an asset
- complete quarterly reporting requirements and payments
- accounts payable and receivable
- set up accounts at various suppliers as requested
- daily/monthly invoicing
- knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- filing quarterly HST taxes on CRA website
- assist accountant with year end taxes (answered questions, provided receipts, provided excel documents etc.)
- maintain all monthly expenses to verify transactions in Quickbooks
Office located in Tecumseh, ON
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Windsor, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
