As our **Social Media Manager** you will enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms, ensuring audience engagement and growth. Additionally, you will develop content strategies for a diverse range of formats, as well as the social media crisis protocol to promote accountability and trust.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop Social Media Strategies**: Create comprehensive and robust social media strategies that align with our company’s goals and are adapted to the specific industries of our company.
- **Research Target Audiences**: Conduct thorough research to understand and consolidate a solid framework for a social media strategy tailored to the target audiences.
- **Content Creation and Curation**: Generate engaging content in various formats (text, images, videos, stories, reels, newsletters, articles, etc.) for multiple social media platforms, and curate relevant content from other sources.
- **Build a Content Calendar**: Develop a comprehensive content calendar using social media management tools to plan and schedule posts.
- **Engage with the Audience**: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- **Manage Social Media Accounts**: Diligently control and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistent and professional management.
- **Monitor and Analyse Performance**: Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns, corporate mentions, and overall engagement.
- **Propose Impactful Strategies**: Continuously propose and implement strategies to enhance the impact of social media campaigns.
- **Develop Advertisements**: Create and manage social media advertisements to boost visibility and engagement.
- **Design Social Media Environment**: Utilise social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) to design and maintain an effective social media environment, ensuring the connectivity of all the social media assets.
- **Establish a Crisis Protocol**: Develop and implement a social media crisis protocol to protect the brand’s reputation during adverse events.
- **Grow Social Reach**: Implement strategies to increase the company’s social media reach and follower base.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant.
- **Collaborate with Other Departments**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy across all channels.
- **Evaluate and Analyse Mentions**: Regularly evaluate and analyse corporate mentions on the web and social networks to gauge public perception and engagement.
- **Social Media Verification**: Ensure that our social media assets comply with the verification requirements across the different platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to drive synergy and ensure effective cross-functional marketing and social media initiatives, also driving effective results in high priority additional tasks when needed.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Proven background or experience in social media management tools, communications, and strategy, ideally within luxury industries such as hospitality, real estate, finance, or luxury asset management.
- A Degree in Digital Marketing, Public Relations and other related for Social Media Management are a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms. Excellent English proficiency and willingness for international travel.
- Contract for Service commitment.
