**What you will be doing**:
- Post job postings to Indeed, TFC website, and other job posting websites as applicable
- Coordinating individual and group interviews with hiring managers and managing the scheduling process
- Coordinate job offers and new employee onboarding, including the preparation of new hire packages, scheduling orientation training, completing new hire documents and checklists, and initiating the personnel files
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Completed diploma/degree in Human Resources, or business related field, or equivalent related experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience working within high volume recruitment
- Experience in using social media for recruitment
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in the social services sector considered an asset
**Background Check Process & Requirements**:
- As a part of the selection process, The Family Centre will conduct reference checks with your most recent employers.
- Police Information Check
- Vulnerable Sector (completed within the last 6 months)
- Child Intervention Records Check (completed within the last 6 months)
