**General Description**:
We are expanding our Sales team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition. This position will be responsible for managing and growing market share within the North American market. You will focus on driving demand and sales by targeting and educating potential distribution partners. In addition, you will continue to support existing distribution partners throughout North America. The successful Sales Representative will be a dynamic and highly-motivated sales professional who has compelling drive, technical and consultative selling experience, as well has Electronic aptitude and interest.

**Responsibility and Duties**:
Establish, develop, and manage all accounts in the assigned territory -- be an established first-choice partner with distribution partners.

Work internally with stakeholders to develop account specific plans that maximize sales, profit, merchandising, distribution and market share.

Cold call and prospect for new accounts, while managing and growing an existing book of business.

Develop reports for annual planning, forecasting and budgets.

Manage large territory coverage through proactive sales call mapping and scheduling.

Utilize all available market and account specific data to develop strong fact based selling presentations.

Motivate, educate and close business in group situations.

Work with Product Marketing/Marketing Department to create product specifications for all new Harding product development projects as well as enhancements to existing Harding products.

Closely interface with Manufacturing and Quality Teams.

**Education**:
Must have completed post-secondary education; bachelor degree preferred.

**Specific Skills**:
Previous technical selling experience is highly preferred - must have previous sales experience with solution selling skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Exceptional hands on knowledge of MS office, Social Media, Customer Sales Reporting systems.

Ability to change, adapt and thrive in a fast paced competitive environment.

Ability to build and foster impactful relationships with key customers.

Outstanding work ethic.

**Experience**:
At least 5 years’ experience in the communication systems sales.

**Travel**: (Passport required)

Occasional travel within North America. Assist existing dealers, develop new dealers, attend seminars and trade shows as determined by Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.

**Compensation**:
Between $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 salary depending on experience.

Bonus program.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
