We are seeking a full time, knowledgable, friendly, quick learner for our upcoming position as a mortgage assistant/office admin.

Hourly wage -$24/hr

Knowledge with Mortgage terminology, previous financial background a huge asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mortgage documents, amortization schedules, renewal agreements, customer Follow up.

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to handle front desk duties in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
