**What can I expect to do in this role?**: As part of our team at **FRO**,you will help ensure support obligations are met for individuals and families. Every day will be a little different, but you can expect it to include activities like:
- Communicating and providing service to the public, promoting a positive client experience.
- Managing a caseload and handling complex cases.
- Developing creative and tailored case management solutions for your clients.
- Negotiating and problem-solving to encourage case compliance and payment arrangements.
- Reviewing, interpreting, and explaining court orders.
