Niagara, Canada Peninsula Traffic Inc. Full time

**Peninsula Traffic has been providing Traffic Control for Road Construction though out the Niagara Region and outlying areas for over 15 years. We are currently seeking 4 Traffic Control/Flag Persons. Preference will be given to those who have experience in Flagging or Heavy Road Construction. **Will require a valid Traffic Control Certificate.

This job involves controlling traffic at intersections, roads and highways. Long periods of standing 8 to 10 hour shifts. Must have your **own transportation **and must be willing to drive to jobs within the **Niagara** **Region.** Occasional Work outside of the region ie Hamilton/Burlington. This job requires a cell phone as jobs sometimes move throughout the day. M**ust be available Monday to Friday.**

Hourly Wage: $22.77 an hour during probationary period (200 Hours) then moving to $23.77 an hour. (**Higher rates for Hamilton/Burlington including Travel Time**)

Our company is part of Local 837 and there are dues and fees associated once probation is passed.

This is Seasonal full-time job. Winter work may be available.

**Salary**: $22.77-$23.77 per hour
