**Project Document Control Coordinator**

**As our Project Document Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a document control system to ensure processes and internal procedures are complied with and meet regulatory requirements.**

**Position Overview**:

- Manage and control drawing office documentation and filing.
- Receive, track and file all incoming and outgoing project drawings, documentation and packages.
- Ensure that the correct revisions of the drawings and documentation are received and transmitted and that appropriate file structures are established and maintained throughout the duration of a project.
- Issue drawings to the field, client, and vendors on a timely basis.
- Print and plot sets of construction drawings, specifications, proposals, contracts, and other materials, ensuring they are appropriately bound and organized.
- Prepares documents including presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, and reports.
- Provide technical support on submitting documentation through cloud-based storage system to third party vendors and consultants

**Qualifications Needed**:

- Experience working in a client focused organization.
- Administration or documentation experience in a project driven organization.
- High attention to detail and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
