**Job Description Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the team in maintaining and improving the document management system and quality training program
- Provide training and technical support to all staff as related to the overall use and workflow of the controlled document and quality training within the electronic Quality Management System (QMS)
- Review, verify, and process of QMS documents, records and learning courses to ensure compliance to Quality Management Standards such as ISO 9001, 13485, relevant GMPs and established procedures
- Identify compliance and process issues and gaps
- Conduct company-wide training on document, record, and quality training related topics

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Minimum a technical diploma or Bachelors with 1 - 2 years of experience
- Proven ability to coordinate and execute responsibilities relating to Document Management and Training
- Aptitude for learning and working with various electronic, technology platforms
- Understanding of key regulatory requirements
