**Full Job Description**

Food Service Direct Logistics (FSD) is one of the leading digital e-commerce digital marketplace platforms in the US. FSD became the subsidiary of a Fortune 500 international company, and we are looking to expand our services aggressively. To support our ambitious growth agenda, we are looking for a creative and consumer first mindset individual to join our team as our Growth Marketing Manager, Canada.

**About the Role**

**In this role, you will**:

- Own strategy for customer acquisition and retention on social, paid search and other media channels
- Manage creative and on-site testing plans rooted in data-driven decisions
- Guide segmentation and audience development across channels
- Scale spends and customer acquisition across platforms with a mind for the full-funnel
- Share creative learnings and best practices with creative partners with an emphasis on optimization and funnel steps
- Deepen team understanding of conversion and customer acquisition marketing paths
- See strategy through execution - implement and launch marketing campaigns, working across key platforms and monitor to adjust and improve KPIs
- Utilize a test and learn approach to all growth initiatives including key performance indicators, goals, and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive ecommerce conversion, average order value, subscription model participation and retention, and return on ad spend
- Understand consumer behavior and drivers by measuring key lifecycle metrics (e.g., average order value, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, cost per metrics)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred, not required)
- Passion for data and focus on business KPIs, to effectively prioritize projects based on potential business impact.
- Experience using web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
- Proficiency Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Must be creative, resourceful, and decisive with strong problem-solving and team/consensus building skills, able to manage multiple projects, meet/exceed deadlines and expectations, and adjust quickly and effectively to change
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with the flexibility to accommodate demanding projects schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills, as this role is highly collaborative in nature across the organization.
- Strong organizational skills to support juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with reporting results
- Experience working in a “start-up,” fast paced style environment

Pay: $76,812.00-$84,149.00 per year
