As our **Advertising Specialist**, you'll be an essential part of our marketing team, collaborating closely to create and execute innovative advertising strategies that drive brand awareness, boost customer acquisition, and achieve outstanding results for all our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute advertising strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
- Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct research on the target audience and market trends to inform advertising strategy
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling advertising content
- Analyze advertising performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to advertising platforms

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience devising and running successful Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing and advertising best practices
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
