We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our Diagnostics team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Consistently exceed quota on all assigned product lines
- Demonstrate the understanding of Hologic product lines and value proposition to current and potential customers
- Perform account management effectively to maintain current base business, enrich customer experience and strengthen relationships with Hologic
- Effectively blocks competitive activity and converts competitive accounts to Hologic solutions
- Develops and achieves accurate sales forecast
- Attends local and national professional trade shows and events
- Promotes product to prospective customers
- Develop relationships with key local KOL and organizations
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and English
- 3+ years Industry experience with medical capital sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in molecular diagnostics
- Infectious Disease or Molecular Diagnostic sales and/or lab experience preferred
- Since this position requires extensive driving during the workday, a valid driving license and satisfactory driving record as well as a serviceable vehicle available for work use is mandatory
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows and Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably comfortable with SalesForce CRM tools

- Dépasser constamment les quotas sur toutes les gammes de produits assignées
- Démontrer la compréhension des gammes de produits Hologic et de la proposition de valeur aux clients actuels et potentiels
- Effectuer une gestion de compte efficace pour maintenir l'activité de base actuelle, enrichir l'expérience client et renforcer les relations avec Hologic
- Bloquer efficacement l'activité concurrentielle et convertir les comptes concurrents en solutions Hologic
- Élabore et réalise des prévisions de ventes précises
- Participation à des salons et événements professionnels locaux et nationaux
- Promouvoir le produit auprès des clients potentiels
- Développer des relations avec les principaux KOL locaux et les organisations
- Effectue d'autres tâches assignées

**CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- Expertise dans Microsoft Windows et Office, en particulier Outlook, Word et PowerPoint, Excel, et de préférence à l'aise avec les outils SalesForce CRM
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles, en présentation et en négociation
- Parle couramment le français et l'anglais
- 3 ans et plus d'expérience dans l'industrie avec une expérience dans la vente de capital médical ou une combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience en diagnostic moléculaire
- Ventes de maladies infectieuses ou de diagnostic moléculaire et/ou expérience de laboratoire préférée
- Étant donné que ce poste nécessite la conduite automobile pendant la journée de travail, un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite satisfaisant ainsi qu'un véhicule en état de marche disponible pour le travail sont obligatoires
- Capacité à voyager de 50 à 75 % du temps
