Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Borea Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site requests, plan, and execute logistics operations to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers, ensuring complete satisfaction and evaluating logistics service performance.
  • Participate in maintaining and adding to the equipment fleet and inventory available for projects.
  • Make decisions on whether to use company fleet or procurement department for site requests.
  • Receive and distribute site requests to the right service departments.
  • Evaluate service quality and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Visit customers (construction sites) to ensure good relationships and validate service quality.
  • Complete requests for equipment and consumables, and make one-off purchases as needed.
  • Attend project start-up meetings to understand project challenges.
  • Validate performance indicators related to customer service.

Requirements

  • Hold a technical background in logistics or supply chain management, or have equivalent experience.
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the wind, civil, and infrastructure fields, or other relevant construction fields.
  • Have solid experience in sales or customer management.
  • Have an intermediate level of English, both oral and written.
  • Have excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Have great autonomy and ability to manage emergencies.
  • Be prepared to travel as needed within your province.
