Avidly is a Hubspot Solutions Partner and Global Partner of the Year for 4 years in a row. Specialising in Hubspot, our team supports businesses in getting the most out of Hubspot and their marketing. This role is to join our Marketing Strategist team in Canada, Halifax (NS).
**What’s the Job?**
Strategist - a central role of our marketing team It’s all about coming up with campaign ideas that best help your clients and making sure our in-house specialists turn your ideas into results.
This means our strategist role’s very collaborative, working closely with all internal teams to ensure campaign success and to Delight the Client - one of our core values. You’ll be expected to pull on advice from our specialists to create an effective campaign that’s best suited to your client needs and industry. But you’ll be the main brains behind the operation and accountable for overall success.
You’ll manage a number of clients in a variety of sectors. But don’t worry, we keep an eye on this number very closely to ensure your workload is manageable and you are available to deliver the best service to all of them.
**Who Are You?**
For this role, it’s important that you are passionate about Marketing. Although experience with HubSpot is desirable, it’s certainly not essential. We have plenty of internal resources which will help train you up. What is essential is a solid digital marketing background (minimum of 3 years) and experience managing multiple campaigns for large or complex clients.

Flexible Working Hours: Our potential office working hours are 8am-6pm and core hours are 10am-4pm to give you the flexibility of when to start your day. Full time working hours are 35.5 per week.
Creative working environment: We have a modern, purpose built, office which is fully stocked and has facilities for fun as well as work.
Vacation 16 days holiday per year, after five years this increases to 20 days.
Social Team Activities: A mixture of in the office and out of the office activities, we make sure we have regular things planned to help build strong relationships. From weekends away, celebrating Eid to Weekly five-a-side and dungeons and dragons.
Structured Review Process: For your progression and development it is important to us you have dedicated touchpoints with your manager. From fortnightly 1-1s, quarterly meetings and annual reviews.
**Salary**: $50,016.95-$70,000.00 per year
