**Job Description**:

- Exécuter et effectuer des essais selon les méthodes, en suivant les procédures d’exploitation normalisées de l’entreprise, les programmes d’écarts et de contrôle des changements et les directives CGMP.
- Assurez-vous que la documentation des commandes de travail est complète dans tous les aspects et que tous les résultats sont inscrits dans le livre de laboratoire.
- Exécuter le travail quotidien déterminé par le superviseur afin de maintenir un flux de travail efficace afin d’assurer l’achèvement des tâches programmées et de respecter les dates d’échéance établies.
- En cas de défaillance des tests, signalez-le immédiatement au directeur de service avant d’aller plus loin avec l’essai. Assister dans les enquêtes sur les défaillances telles qu’instructions; Ne jetez aucune solution ou verrerie utilisée lors des essais.
- s’assurer que les équipements sont entretenus en bon ordre, effectuent des étalonnages et des qualifications selon les besoins, que les solutions volumetriques/d’essais et les préparations de phase mobile sont vérifiées.
- Enregistrez les résultats en format normalisé, en gardant tous les registres et les carnets d’analystes en bon ordre. Préparer des rapports et enregistrer les données en temps opportun
- Préparer et normaliser les solutions de test, les solutions standard et les solutions volumetriques.

**Qualifications**:

- Formation : B.Sc. Chimie ou domaine lié à la science
- Expérience : plus de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans les essais en laboratoire avec une capacité démontrée à remplir des rôles/tâches plus complexes
- l’expérience dans la préparation et la normalisation de la solution volumétrique selon l’USP ; EP; BP; Méthode JP et client
- Mains sur le viscomètre Brookfield ; UV; FTIR; Karl Fischer ; Titrateur automatique (Labex) ; Point de fusion (EP ; EXPÉRIENCE USP)
- Technique mains sur main pour le TLC
- Essais complexes de chimie humide Alginate Assay ; dioxyde de soufre ; Essais de polyols et d’essais d’acides gras
- Coordination main/œil, capacité à se démarquer, penser en dehors de la boîte.
- Capacité avérée à gérer et coordonner de nombreux projets dans un environnement rapide et hautement professionnel.
- Des heures prolongées et des quarts de travail peuvent être requis de temps à autre.
