- Exécuter et effectuer les tests selon les méthodes, en suivant les procédures d’exploitation standard, les programmes de contrôle des écarts et des changements de l’entreprise et les directives cGMP.
- Assurez-vous que la documentation de l’ordre de travail est complète dans tous les aspects et que tous les résultats sont entrés dans le livre de laboratoire.
- Exécuter le travail quotidien déterminé par le superviseur afin de maintenir un flux de travail efficace afin d’assurer l’achèvement des tâches prévues et de respecter les dates d’échéance établies.
- En cas d’échec du test, signalez-le immédiatement au chef de service avant de poursuivre le test. Participer aux enquêtes sur les défaillances selon les instructions. Ne jetez pas les solutions ou la verrerie qui ont été utilisées pendant les tests.
- S’assurer que les équipements sont maintenus en bon état, effectuer les étalonnages et les qualifications nécessaires, vérifier les solutions volumétriques/d’essai et les préparations de phase mobile.
- Consigner les constatations dans un format normalisé, en gardant tous les dossiers et le carnet de notes de l’analyste en bon ordre. Préparer des rapports et enregistrer des données en temps opportun
- Préparer et standardiser les solutions de test, les solutions standard et les solutions volumétriques.

**Qualifications**
- Formation : B.Sc. Chimie ou domaine connexe aux sciences
- Expérience : plus de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des essais en laboratoire et capacité démontrée à remplir des rôles ou des tâches plus complexes.
- Maintenir l’établi propre et organisé en veillant à ce que les déversements soient immédiatement nettoyés ; L’élimination se fait selon les procédures de laboratoire, la verrerie est manipulée de manière appropriée et les solutions de laboratoire sont remplacées.
- Aider à la résolution de problèmes techniques courants et non routiniers.
- Respectez les principes des 5S aux postes de travail et aux hottes.
- Capacité d’intervenir lorsque le superviseur n’est pas disponible pour répondre aux questions techniques et aider les autres analystes.
- Effectuer des analyses/tests de routine et plus complexes de produits finis et de matières premières pharmaceutiques.
- Effectuer des tests à l’aide d’instruments HPLC, UPLC et Dissolution pour obtenir des résultats précis.
- Effectuer l’étalonnage et l’entretien préventif des instruments et des appareils d’essai (p. ex., CLHP, GC, dissolution, thermomètre, étuve, etc.) pour s’assurer de la conformité et de l’exactitude des résultats d’essai.
- Préparer et générer des rapports pour la vérification, la validation et les transferts de méthodes.
- Capacité à exécuter des vérifications de méthodes, des validations, des transferts basés sur des protocoles signés.
