**Responsibilities**:
**DIAGNOSTICS PROGRAM MANAGER SUPPORT-CONTRACT**

**The Role**:
AMD is seeking a Program Management Analyst for the RTG Diagnostic team in Markham. This is a great opportunity to use your silicon production experience to define and manage key product deliverables/schedules and drive cross-functional activities. AMD's environment is fast paced, results oriented and built upon a legion of forward-thinking people with a passion for winning technology

**The Person**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- The AMD Diagnostics asset management, end to end project hardware ordering and tracking in the system for North America and the Global Diagnostics teams.
- Track Diagnostics project status and follow up with stakeholders to complete project action items to ensure on time execution.
- Work with Diagnostics Program Managers using PowerBI, JIRA, JAMA, Tableau, Excel to create visual charts and project data/progress analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with scripting language, an added bonus
- Assist program managers in preparing project documents
- Plan for project celebrations and procurement of project souvenirs
- Lab equipment and test system setup to enable Diagnostics teams for project execution in the Markham lab

**Preferred Experience**:

- Collaborate with internal and external groups on behalf of the Diag Program Manager team
- Excellent communication skills oral and written.
- Capable of communicating problems, solutions, and progress with the Program Managers and stakeholders.
- Identify and plan improvement activities to reduce cost, mindset to improve process.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationship with other departments.
- Microsoft Power BI certifications is an asset
- Debug experience in computer hardware, software, test system preferred
