Our business revolves around hot saunas, cold tubs, and providing people with a two-hour escape from their troubles each day.

As a sauna host, you'll take on roles such as sauna keeper, cold tub chiller, space curator, and hot-cold educator.

We're thrilled to introduce our latest addition in Mount Pleasant, bringing a community-centric hot-cold therapy experience to Vancouver. Our stunning new location boasts a 30-person sauna, invigorating cold plunge tubs, cozy indoor and outdoor lounges, and even kombucha on tap.

We're seeking a kind and attentive individual to host these sessions with the community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring sauna and cold plunge tub temperatures
- Managing and adjusting water chemistry in the plunge tubs
- Rotating the kombucha kegs
- Providing orientations to guests
- Maintaining cleanliness of the facility
- Handling laundry
- Caring for our plants
- Troubleshooting potential issues on the fly
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Attention to detail
- Friendliness
- Punctuality
- Enjoyment of learning fun facts about hot-cold therapy and the company
- Reliability
- Passion for health and wellness
- Dedication to curating a restful and grounding experience for our guests
