Reporting to the Manager, Product Management, The Product Management Coordinator plays a key role in assisting product managers with daily tasks, supporting various product categories and related programs. Collaboration extends to members of the Marketing team, Engineering, Sales, and other functional groups. This role aims to bolster and optimize the operational efficiency of the Product Management Team. This position is instrumental in streamlining product lifecycle management, conducting thorough competitor analyses, delivering effective educational tools, and promoting products at trade shows.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Assists in crafting compelling product collateral to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Provides responsive assistance for basic sales inquiries, facilitating product requests and assessing delivery feasibility.
- Maintains item masters, manages price updates, and organizes tracking sheets for client requests and areas of interest.
- Supports product documentation.
- Assists in activities related to the introduction and release of new products to the market.
- Manages and maintains a comprehensive parts information database, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
- Organizes and maintains customer feedback received through sales interactions.
- Regularly update existing customer, market, and competitor documentation on the network.
- Performs ad hoc market research to assist Product Managers, involving analysis of market and pricing dynamics, summarization of trends, and collection of competitive information.
- Collaborates with product managers to conduct SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis for both our products and those of competitors.
- Supports product team on requirements for trade shows and HPS Academy
- Works with MARCOM team in Coordinating creation of new samples
- Ensure all product presentations are up to date on HPS academy.
- Represents the company and products at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to connect with both end customers and channel partners.
- Assists in the organization of product demonstrations and webinars for both end customers and channel partners.
- Assists in the creation of training materials for channel partners to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the product and can effectively communicate its value to customers.

**Do you qualify? We are seeking**:

- College or university degree preferred, or a diploma in Engineering or Technology.
- Previous experience in the Electrical Industry is desired, particularly within markets related to transformers and magnetic products.
- Strong skills in time management and priority setting.
- Ability for analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in information gathering and processing.
- Team player with excellent adaptability.
- Effective collaborator with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, analytic tools, BI Cube, and possess sound product management fundamentals.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per quarter.
