**The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:
The incumbent must possess a post-graduate degree in a related field of study. The incumbent must also have as well as professional training in both Project Management and Management/Leadership.
The incumbent should also possess the following:
- Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably with a focus on Quality Improvements and Assessments and/or Project Management.
- Knowledge of UM and Max Rady College of Medicine’s programs and policies, including medical school accreditation processes and the governing body requirements.
- Two years of current and directly relevant administrative background, with a preference for experience in project management and quality assurance processes.
- Proficient at using the intermediate/advanced features of Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office software Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are required.
- Experience with facilitating assessment projects is required, preferably for academic accreditation processes and standards and/or quality improvement projects.
- Experience with the collection and managing of extensive amounts of data and/or documentation preferred.
- An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
