Manager Workforce Planning & Total Rewards _**

Not only will you have the opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in workforce planning for the future of talent at Servus, but you will also dig deep into the current total rewards program, analyze it, enhance it and change it. You do this by building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to understand the business, the economic climate, and the financial industry._

Although you will report to the Director of Talent Management, you are a thought partner to strategize on the future of talent at Servus and the total rewards program to incentivize the critical behavior necessary to accomplish the strategic priorities of the organization. You are instrumental in designing and executing on programs and policies that ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time and that all our pay programs are incentivizing and rewarding the right behaviors and performance.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- As part of the Talent Management Framework, work on both the design and execution of talent strategy, talent assessment, and total rewards plans.
- Leading and managing a team of professionals whose primary focus is to develop and execute on solid talent strategy, talent assessment, and total rewards strategies.
- Talent Strategy & Design and Talent Assessment:

- Reimagine and execute on an organizational design that sets the organization up for current and future needs through our transformation journey.
- Developing the organizational Talent Segmentation approach and partner with other People & Culture leaders to create strategies to develop these segments. Includes building in assessment models for leaders and employees.
- Developing a Talent Metrics and Analytics process to ensure our People & Culture programs are meeting the needs of the organization.
- Reimagine and execute on the organization's talent review and succession planning process.
- Total Rewards:

- Supervising and delivering on all aspects of company Total Rewards programs, including salary administration, short and long-term variable pay (STIP, LTIP), sales incentives, benefits programs, and employee financial benefits.
- Partner with the business to understand the strategy and the required behaviours to achieve our corporate objectives. With that information, design Total Rewards solutions that incentivize the right behaviours and actions across the company.
- Reimagine our Total Rewards solution that considers differentiation, talent segments, and driving the right behaviours.
- Reviews and sets our market analysis process and approach to ensure Servus is competitive with the markets in which we compete for top talent.

**Requirements**:
To qualify, you'll need at least the following:

- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience leading a complex portfolio that could include total rewards and workforce planning.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience supporting an organization Total Rewards program.
- Strong interpersonal communication would be a definite asset for this position.
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to effectively plan, organize and manage
- Proven ability to lead a geographically dispersed team.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent

Although not required, the following experience and education/certifications are valuable assets:

- Previous leadership experience leading a multidisciplinary team an asset.
- Experience in working with an organization on a transformation journey.
- CPHR would be an asset.
- Licensed or accredited in assessment instruments and protocols is desirable
- Total Rewards certifications would be an asset
