**Job description**
We are a Medical Home Care company.
We are looking for a motivated team member to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient files
- Instructs patient on tests, treatment, and procedures
- Point of sales
- Keeps patient records and conversations confidential; maintains records in a neat and orderly fashion; promptly answers all phone calls and documents conversations with patients.
- Maintaining tidy and functional office
- Performs duties in a safe manner according to clinic policies and procedures; stays familiar with current safety information related to the work environment
- Courteously manages contacts (in person or by phone) and provides assistance to other team members always in a cheerful and courteous manner. When necessary, helps in other areas of the department or other departments within the same scope of work.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Self-motivated, punctual and organized.
- Experience with EMRs and billing software
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to high levels of quality and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
