The **Finance Administrator **will play a key role in ensuring the effective use of CLEARVIEW’s accounting system (MS Dynamics - Business Central) to provide accurate and data-based information on the company’s operations, profitability, and liquidity. A high degree of autonomy will be provided, requiring a motivated self-starter who can work independently and is comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Always seeking to streamline processes and automate data where possible, the Finance Administrator will provide recommendations for improvement to Sr. Management, leveraging industry best practices whenever possible.

**What will your day look like?**

Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:
**Forecasting and Reporting**
- Producing monthly reports - including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting - for the Finance department, Senior Management and other key stakeholders
- Participating in month-end closing process, including journal entries, monthly reporting, account reconciliations, cash flow analysis
- Spearheading the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting activities
- Providing support to Senior Management through regular and ad hoc analytics, forecasting and reporting as required

**Enabling Data-Driven Recommendations**
- Maintaining KPIs and metrics for daily decision-making; developing models that help with decision-making
- Identifying opportunities for financial performance improvement and efficiencies across the organization
- Improving productivity by developing automated accounting processes wherever possible
- Suggesting opportunities for efficiency gains and process optimization

**Administrative Support**
- Provide clerical support and assistance
- Handling administrative requests from Senior Management

**Qualifications**

You should have:

- A degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly for financial modeling and reporting
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with MS Dynamics (Business Central) accounting system (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

And be:

- An enthusiastic self-starter who learns quickly and proactively approaches tasks and assignments with a focus on problem-solving and analysis
- A good communicator (written and oral), who can effectively present complex financial information in a clear and understandable fashion
- Comfortable working in an environment where priorities and needs can change rapidly

**Other requirements**:

- Flexibility of working hours may occasionally be required based on business and departmental needs
- Minimal physical demands, with most time spent sitting/standing in an office environment; manual dexterity required for computer usage
- Significant visual and mental concentration
