AMJ Custom Renovations is a leading home renovation company specializing in transforming kitchens, bathrooms, and basements into stunning, functional spaces. **Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, networking and other sales strategies.
- Present our company's services and offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner, addressing any objections and concerns.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, appointments, and conversions, using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home renovation industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent, training in sales or marketing is a plus

**Benefits**:

- Competitive base salary with commission structure, offering the potential for high earnings based on performance.

**Compensation**:

- Part-time 15-18 hours a week
- $20/hr plus commission up to $60/hr
