Position Overview

As an Innovation Strategist, you will help drive Autodesk's innovation and growth strategy, including product-led growth (PLG). You will join an group that works across functional and technical organizations within Autodesk to identify, propose, test, and mature break-through go-to-market capabilities to enable scalable business growth and deliver value to customers of all sizes.

You will not only be responsible for evangelizing PLG and demonstrating its benefits to various teams, but also for identifying new opportunities, spotting potential areas of misalignment, and driving projects forward. You should be comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification, even among senior leaders. You demonstrate these abilities through strong program management and facilitation skills.

We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Innovation Marketing.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead various projects to execute in-product experiments- Organize and facilitate strategy workshops within our team, and with partner groups to identify experiment areas and develop execution plans- Craft compelling narratives of early successes, evangelizing the benefits of PLG through multiple internal channels and reporting cadences- Identify, scope and manage projects from ideation to delivery- Develop and deliver presentations for leadership and internal partners using strong storytelling capabilities- Create technical documentation to track various projects- Collaborate with data analysts to understand business challenges and size opportunities- Partner with Innovation Managers to deliver critical projects

Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years experience working in a strategic role in growth marketing, SaaS or similar environment- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional working groups- Strong program and project management experience- Experience in A/B testing and storytelling with data- Strong skills in developing presentations to senior partners- Familiarity with QBR, QBP and other planning and reporting processes- Experience with Luma or other facilitation techniques

En tant que stratège en innovation, vous contribuerez à la stratégie d’innovation et de croissance d’Autodesk, notamment en favorisant la croissance axée sur les produits (CAP). Vous rejoindrez un groupe qui travaille avec des organisations fonctionnelles et techniques au sein d’Autodesk pour identifier, proposer, tester et développer des capacités de mise sur le marché de pointe, afin de permettre une croissance évolutive et de fournir de la valeur aux clients de toutes tailles.

Vous serez non seulement responsable de faire connaître la CAP et de démontrer ses avantages à différentes équipes, mais aussi d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités, de repérer les zones potentielles de non-harmonisation et de faire avancer les projets. Vous devez être à l’aise pour poser des questions et demander des éclaircissements, même auprès de la haute direction. Vous faites preuve de ces capacités grâce à de solides compétences en gestion de programmes et en facilitation.

Nous sommes ouverts au travail hybride et au télétravail. Au besoin, nous nous rendons sur place pour des réunions importantes. Vous relèverez du ou de la gestionnaire principal(e) de l’innovation et du marketing.

Responsabilités- Diriger divers projets pour réaliser des expériences au niveau du produit- Organiser et animer des ateliers de stratégie au sein de notre équipe et avec des groupes de partenaires pour identifier les zones d’expérimentation et développer des plans d’exécution- Élaborer des discours convaincants sur les premiers succès, en mettant en avant les avantages de la CAP via de multiples canaux internes et des rapports fréquents- Identifier et gérer les projets, ainsi que définir leur portée, de la conception à la réalisation- Développer et effectuer des présentations pour la direction et les partenaires internes à l’aide de solides compétences en matière de narration- Créer une documentation technique pour faire le suivi des différents projets- Collaborer avec les analystes de données pour comprendre les défis commerciaux et évaluer le potentiel des opportunités- Collaborer avec les responsables de l’innovation pour livrer des projets essentiels
