Arbraska est à la recherche d'un coordonnateur du marketing talentueux pour se joindre à notre équipe et mener le succès de nos parcs d'aventure au Québec vers de nouveaux sommets. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la coordination de la création, de la conception, de la production et de la distribution de campagnes et d'initiatives de marketing numériques et traditionnelles, qui sont toutes conçues pour soutenir les buts et objectifs généraux de notre entreprise.

Responsabilités:

- Soutenir le développement de tactiques et de campagnes de marketing numériques et traditionnelles payées, détenues et gagnées
- Assurer la réalisation rapide et rentable des projets de marketing en les gérant selon des échéanciers, des budgets et des attentes marketing préétablis.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, les partenaires stratégiques et les fournisseurs externes pour promouvoir efficacement nos marques, parcs et activités sur divers marchés et canaux de commercialisation
- Veiller à ce que l'identité de notre marque soit représentée de manière cohérente et précise dans tous les produits marketing
- Gérer efficacement nos actifs de marque et de marketing en centralisant et en mettant à jour en permanence notre plateforme de gestion de marque.
- Gérer les comptes de médias sociaux et dialoguer avec les clients pour fidéliser leur clientèle

Qualifications:

- Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
- 3 ans et plus d'expérience en marketing, avec un accent sur le marketing de l'industrie du plein air préféré
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Excellentes compétences écrites et orales en français et en anglais.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projet, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Esprit analytique avec la capacité d'analyser les données et de prendre des décisions éclairées
- Penseur créatif passionné par le marketing et l'innovation
- Auto-motivé et axé sur les résultats
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec un haut niveau d'initiative et d'auto-motivation

Arbraska is seeking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive the success of our adventure parks in Quebec to new heights. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the creation, design, production, and distribution of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns and initiatives, all of which are designed to support our company's overall goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development of paid, owned and earned digital and traditional marketing tactics and campaigns
- Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of marketing projects by managing them according to pre-established timelines, budgets, and marketing expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, strategic partners, and external vendors to effectively promote our brands, parks, and activities across various markets and marketing channels
- Ensure that our brand identity is consistently and accurately represented across all marketing outputs
- Effectively manage our brand and marketing assets by continuously centralizing and updating our brand management platform.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with customers to build a loyal following

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on outdoor industry marketing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral skills in both French and English.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and innovation
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
