**Key responsibilities**:

- Support and collaborate with the marketing director, brand managers (2), innovation manager, education/product expert manager and digital marketing manager in their daily tasks and projects.
- Manage new supplier openings, purchase orders fulfillment and track related budgets.
- Lead contact with third party printing and fulfillment partner (American Printing).
- Lead coordination of several annual events and conference sponsorships (Canada & USA, trade, medical, consumers, nutritionists, pharmacists).
- Collaborate with other internal partners (sales, finance, production, logistics, regulatory and project management teams) and external partners (agencies, sponsors, influencers, brand ambassadors).
- Take on several marketing and digital projects to support the team.

**Qualifications and skills**:
In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in marketing, business or related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing coordinator experience, in CPG an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion, including the management of multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and of 3rd party agencies (marketing, printing, couponing).
- Experience with SAP, Coupa an asset.
- Experience in coordinating events and conferences.
- Excellent communications skills, and a talent for storing, filling and sharing information with relevant stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy, energy, planning, leadership and ease with managing budgets.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible, adaptable in a fun, passionate but at times fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual required (French & English)-Bio-K+ serves sells product in North America.
