Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator / IT Deskside Support to join our team in our **Burnaby** office.

**About the role**
- Accountable for Incident Management, such as logging of incidents and requests and log of resolution efforts and time on ITSM tool.
- Provide support with management of permissions to resource of information like network folder, licensing, etc, Management of access to corporate systems.
- Assist with the on boarding of new employees by ensuring that new user accounts and access is configured, and computers are setup.
- Responsible for managing events and IT security alerts such as Antivirus notifications, Software patches and Health status of IT infrastructure components.
- Maintain IT hardware and software inventory on IT asset management system.
- Ensure management of assets as part of the Onboarding and Off-boarding processes.
- Coordinate with providers for delivery of goods or services.
- Perform telecommunications support including all equipment moves, additions and changes for phone accounts, video conference support and provides telephone/ video conference orientations.

**About you**
- Post-Secondary education in Information Technology (either certificate or diploma) is a minimum requirement.
- 2 years of proven experience in delivering IT support.
- Demonstrated experience in the installation, configuration and support of computer hardware such as workstations, printers and other peripheral equipment.
- Outstanding level of knowledge and support for Windows 10 Enterprise troubleshooting and installation.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure including servers, storage, access points and network switches.
- Understanding of computer network, cabling, network file and print services.
- Demonstrated previous experience in delivering IT support.

**Salary range**: $50K - $70K

**Expected Salary**: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
