This opportunity will be to support the M&M business located in Toronto or Vancouver.

**Your role within the team**:

- Travel arrangements for turnarounds and visitors as well as 3rd party visitors.
- Assistance with site lodging and accommodations for EPCM team.
- General administrative support.
- IT Coordination, as well as home office support for IT equipment including printers/plotters and mobilization/demobilization of equipment to and from home office.
- Coordination with clients, provide support to clients and M&M team to ensure policies and procedures are integrated with SNC-Lavalin’s for seamless day to day operations.
- Provide diverse administrative support to all disciplines and leads.
- Support, development, and issue of weekly and monthly client an internal report.
