**Rotating Weekend Schedule**: 1 weekend ON, 1 weekend OFF, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday per month.

We provide exceptional support to our client’s by monitoring their high-risk stores, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. We are seeking a dedicated and professional CCTV Support Operator to join our team, in the Mississauga Office

As a CCTV Support Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of high-risk stores. Your primary responsibility will be to provide real-time support to store teams, particularly during critical incidents such as theft, threats, and physical violence. You will maintain regular communication with store personnel, monitoring activities through live CCTV feeds, and escalating incidents through proper channels. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and handle unexpected situations will be essential to success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effective Communication: Maintain regular communication with store teams and management, ensuring clear and professional direction.
- CCTV Monitoring: Continuously monitor store activities through live CCTV feeds to detect and respond to incidents promptly.
- Incident Review and Archiving: Review incidents captured on CCTV and accurately archive them into a case management platform.
- Professionalism: Consistently demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and communications.
- Ability to Handle Any Situation: Demonstrate the capacity to adjust and manage any challenges or unexpected events that may arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3 years CCTV surveillance experience is required.**:

- **Associates, Bachelors, or Certificates in Criminology, Cyber Security, Communications, Psychology, Crime Analysis, Forensics, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related fields are preferred.**:

- Demonstrates professionalism in all communications and interactions.
- Knowledge of retain LP policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle and escalate incidents appropriately.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, offering support and assistance as needed.
- Ability to adjust to changing job requirements as this is a brand-new position and this role will grow and change.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and case management platforms is required.
- Previous loss prevention experience is an asset for this role.

**Additional Information**:
The office is not easily accessible by transit, vehicle access is required. Parking is accommodated.

This is a day shift position, but the hours will likely vary throughout the day to align with peak store activity times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
