**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage resources This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their project management skills in a collaborative environment.

Strong Admin skills needed

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document project requirements.
- Support the management of project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize tools such as Excel for documentation and tracking project progress.
- Facilitate team meetings and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
- Help identify risks and issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them.
- Contribute to product management activities including product development and system enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $56,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
