We are currently seeking a skilled Service / Field Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and track customer service calls, review required service work, provide quotes, order materials, and schedule service installations.
- Order service materials and replacements for shop and quoted service jobs, as well as glass replacements, installation hardware, and fasteners for upcoming contract jobs.
- Support field installers on a daily basis by ensuring necessary materials are available for job completion, working in tandem with project managers
- Support project management staff by completing start-up documents, assembling install packages, placing material & equipment orders/rentals, receiving / tagging job specific product, submitting material data & Health and Safety documentation, and assembling close-out document packages.
- Help project management staff organize job site packages for both service and contract jobs, ensuring all relevant information is included.
- Maintain up-to-date project packages with clear scope completion and site notes to ensure smooth jobsite continuity.
- Order shop supplies, including material stock such as caulking, sealants, rubber, setting blocks, and shims.
- Manage shop materials, including organizing overstock, glass and frame storage, and hardware organization.
- Produce shop drawings for shop fabrication of aluminum break metal shapes.
- Manage health and safety and equipment tracking, training, scheduling, and re-certification for all employees.
- Oversee equipment maintenance/service, including generating a service schedule for all equipment and tracking inspections, repairs, and service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination within the construction or commercial glazing industry, or similar construction field experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- AutoCAD drafting abilities are an asset
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
