**A Day in the Life**

Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy

Organize and schedule jobs

Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged

High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed

Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc. and invoicing customers for completed work

Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements

Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls

**What we are Seeking**

Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset

Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to pay strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment

Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills

Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
