What your day could look like

You are a self-starting, confident individual who will:

  • Provide technical support, coaching and mentoring to the construction field services team, managing and supervising the Firm’s construction department’s day to day operations.
  • Create, monitor, and update project schedules ensuring proper resource allocation of the Construction Inspectors and Contract Administrators within established budgets provided by the Project Managers.
  • Identify current and future resourcing needs, and participate in the recruitment process of hiring new talent
  • Manage the construction field services team with respect to scheduling, non-project related time sheet approvals, training, and appraisals.

How you will succeed

  • You will bring with you 5-8 years experience in senior construction positions, experience in a Management role is an asset.
  • You have advanced knowledge of construction regulations and standards
  • You have excellent time management, communication, and organization skills
  • You thrive in thinking ahead to the “next step” and how that will help with the successful completion of projects
  • You want to be a part of our top-notch team while still bringing your individual ideas and experiences
  • P.Eng or C.E.T credentials are considered an asset
