**THE ROLE**
The Human Resources Planning and Digitalization Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating, developing and maintaining HR related content on various platforms, including the intranet and website, while coordinating and assisting with the production of digital marketing materials, including posters and/or videos and promotional digital media campaigns. They review and contribute to HR communications and publications to ensure consistency and quality of editing and translation, as required.

The Human Resources Planning and Digitalization Coordinator will create and implement performance management tools to monitor the progress of HR activities. They will coordinate and assist with the production of metrics by gathering, modeling and reporting on data, while also analyzing data and making recommendations based on results. In collaboration with SMEs, the Human Resources Planning and Digitalization Coordinator will assist with creating strategic alignment with HR programs, policies and procedures. They will prepare, analyze and evaluate HR data, reports and briefings, and make recommendations, as required.

The Human Resources Planning and Digitalization Coordinator will additionally maintain archives and document management systems for HR policies, tools, and resources; coordinate the acquisition of HR equipment, coordinate HR communication and translation requirements, and participate in working groups for business planning, performance measurement, and policy changes.

Working in collaboration with various partners and teams, the Human Resources Planning and Digitalization Coordinator will gain various exposure and insight to the many facets of HR.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources or a related field AND some years of experience in human resources or a related field

**Experience**
- In using social media platforms and emerging digital technologies to support communications objectives
- In preparing communications material
- In working with communication groups, graphic artists, photographers and multimedia specialists
- In producing, using and maintaining web content and social media platforms
- In conducting research and analyzing information and data
- In answering access to information and ministerial requests, an asset
- In using performance management tools
- In file management and archiving process and systems
- In interpreting policies and procedures
- In preparing presentations and reports
- In coordinating projects

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English or French Essential

**OTHER INFORMATION**
- This position has an assigned location and may allow flexible work options such as remote or hybrid work but the employee must be able to report to the assigned work location at their own cost if required. Remote work may be required depending on health and safety considerations.
