Abbotsford, Canada AIR WEST MECHANICAL Full time

**We are an HVAC / Mechanical company that is looking for a bookkeeper to help us manager our finances for our operations across Western Canada.**

**Your duties will be as follows but not limited to**:

- Work with ADP to ensure the payroll is completed and reconciled
- Reconcile accounts
- Preparing reports daily, weekly and monthly to go over with the managers
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Post journal entries
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Prepare tax returns
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Friendly, honest, detail oriented, persistent and organized
- Experienced in accounting (preferably with Quick books on line)
- Willing to help the other team members to ensure all deadlines are hit
