About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at DOCK 2 DOCK LOGISTICS INC. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for management review.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
