**Sommaire de l’emploi **:Le/la Gestionnaire de projet adjoint(e) (GPA) doit travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Gestionnaires de projet afin de les soutenir dans l'accomplissement de toutes les tâches administratives quotidiennes nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des projets.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Préparer les ententes contractuelles, l'étendue des travaux et les ordres de modification ainsi que d'autres documents requis;
- Aider au déploiement et à la clôture des projets ainsi qu'à d'autres petits projets;
- Effectuer le suivi, la collecte et la vérification des documents relatifs à la clôture des projets;
- Effectuer le suivi et la coordination nécessaires à l'achèvement des vices de construction;
- Soutenir, le cas échéant, la communication entre les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs, les autorités municipales, les autres départements et les clients internes;
- Préparer les plans pour les appels d'offres et le chantier;
- Obtenir les certificats d'occupation;
- Planifier et faciliter toutes les réunions de projet nécessaires à une bonne coordination des travaux;
- Accélérer l'approbation des factures des entrepreneurs spécialisés et des demandes d'ordre de modification;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche requise et assignée par le Gestionnaire de projet.

**Compétences**:

- Formation en gestion de projet et/ou diplôme d'études collégiales dans un domaine connexe;
- Expérience de plus d'un an dans la gestion de projets dans le secteur de la construction, avec une expérience dans l'industrie du détail, un atout;
- Connaisance à la fois en français et en anglais;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et d’Auto CAD, un atout;
- Grande capacité d'organisation et aptitude à mener de front plusieurs projets;
- Grand souci du détail et excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes;
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Situé(e) à Montréal et titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide;
- Capacité à voyager au Canada et aux États-Unis en cas de besoin pour soutenir les gestionnaires de projet.
- Travailler avec enthousiasme et dans un esprit d'équipe, tout en étant également capable de travailler de façon autonome.
