SuiteWorks is looking for a well-rounded Community/Hospitality orientated person that has experience and knowledge of what it takes to provide superior customer service while engaging individuals to grow our community and create partnerships with our local area.

This person must have a proven track record in the customer service field/hospitality, office management, great multi tasker, community building/sales, event management, basic accounting knowledge, management skills and be a go getter/self starter.

A Community Manager is responsible for managing all communications to our Client base by implementing client retention, client intake and exit interviews, events, and manager of part-time staff, meeting space facilitation, troubleshooting client issues, reception, among other things.

The role to incorporate in-person networking is to create relationships and ultimately build the company’s brand and retention.

While every day as a Community Manager is different, this is what the role’s responsibilities may include:
**1. Content creation **- newsletters, communications materials for events, client intake and exit interviews/forms, client service manual etc.

**2. Events and event planning** - engaging clients to build and strengthen our client community all while running and creating events, scheduling and facilitation.

**4. Analytics** - Reviewing company analytics and set targets for revenue to engage client retention, to see strength and weak areas, then submits plan to increase client satisfaction.

**5. Business development -** Community Manager is also responsible for business development as it relates for Meeting /Office Space Sales and implementation of meeting and office revenue targets. Create and nuture Community Partnerships with vendors, clients etc.

**6. Reception/Admin - **Monthly Incidental Invoicing, daily/weekly reception. Ensure monthly invoicing is completed and verified with SuiteWorks Finance Department i.e. NSF, declined etc.

**7. Staffing -** Manage staff schedules i.e. regular and vacation schedules. Hire and terminate according to budget requirements. Ensure all staff are trained as per Health & Safety Regulations.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
