We are currently recruiting for licensed **Condominium** **Managers** for one of our communities in **Barrie. ** This is a great opportunity to work with a company that is people focused.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- General Property Manager Licence required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in condominium management
- Working knowledge of the Condominium Act
- Financial statement understanding
- Experience in budget preparation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
