Notre bureau de Barrie, ON. est à la recherche d'un(e) agent(e) au service à la clientèle.
L’agent service à la clientèle gère les demandes des clients tout au long du processus de vente. Il identifie et répond aux besoins de ceux-ci et les conseille sur les produits de l’entreprise. Il établit une relation de confiance à long terme avec eux et assure un service de qualité, tant au niveau du traitement de la commande, de la livraison que du suivi après-vente.

**Ton rôle**:

- Supporter le département des ventes industrielles en étant le premier contact client:

- Identifier et répondre aux besoins des clients;
- Informer et conseiller les clients sur les produits;
- Compléter et traiter les commandes Identifiées et répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Compléter des tâches cléricales;
- Orienter les demandes et problèmes vers les bonnes ressources ;
- Recevoir et documenter les plaintes clients et non-conformités;
- Remplacer les chargés pendant la période estivale ou en cas d’absence.
- Remplacer la réceptionniste en cas d'absence.

**Prérequis**:

- Communication : facilité avec multiples canaux et multiples destinataires, entregent, tact et diplomatie ;
- Agilité : débrouillardise, autonomie et multi tâches ;
- Organisation : bonne gestion des priorités et du stress;
- Maitrise du français et anglais professionnel (parlé et écrit) ;
- Maitrise des systèmes de mesure métrique et impérial ;
- Maitrise de l’informatique : Internet, Suite Office,

**Formation et expérience**:

- Formation en administration, vente, service à la clientèle ou toute formation connexe
- 1-3 ans d’expérience en vente ou en service à la clientèle (connaissance des techniques de vente)
