We are looking to fill a permanent position for an
Industrial
Wood Panel Sales Representative for the Central Ontario Region.


Position Overview:


Neos Products, a division of Richelieu Hardware Ltd, is seeking a sales professional dedicated to a career in the industrial wood panel manufacturing industry.

Your role will consist of being responsible for all sales activities and management of customer accounts within a set territory.

The successful applicant will establish and manage excellent client relationships that will generate sales growth while developing new clients to achieve further results.


More specifically, your main tasks will be:

  • Business development and sales growth of our cabinet doors, board, décor panels, countertop surfaces and plywood products to the industrial segment, which includes Millworkers, Kitchen, Closet and Furniture Manufactures.
  • The territory will consist of Central Ontario, including the GTA
  • Toronto area, Collingwood
  • Wasaga, Barrie, Orillia, Huntsville, and Oshawa region.
  • Able to provide our retail customers with innovative products and solutions to support their business needs.
  • Inperson customer meetings and travel will be required.
  • Able to work collaboratively with our Richelieu team.
  • Achieve sales growth through diligence, training, and intelligent work habits.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction and overall results.
  • Service existing customer base, make sales calls on new potential customers and grow market share in the territory.
  • Identify and prioritize high potential sales opportunities or sales gaps and provide possible solutions.
  • Follow up with clients regularly.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends, technologies, and advancements.
  • Industry networking to maximize contact sharing and potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and provide market intelligence to the sales manager.
  • Develop, update, and maintain customer information in the Richelieu customer relations management system daily.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events as required. Participation during the occasional weekend or evening may be required.
  • Perform other assigned tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • College Degree in Marketing or a related field, combined with relevant experience. University degree would be an asset.
  • A minimum of _3 to 5_ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in sales to Industrial Market and our target markets to be an asset.
  • Experience in business development B2B with strong skills to canvass new opportunities.
  • Goal oriented, selfstarter, organized, autonomous and resourceful.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Mixrole that will require travel and inperson customer meetings across the territory.
  • Own vehicle and personal computer & tablet required.
